I'd probably give it a 7. The wigs and scar will definitely improve the outfit.

As someone who has cosplayed Zoro, I have a few recommendations:

1. For the swords I would checkout SwordsAxe. These are what I use and they are great. Though I did have to repaint Shusui to look right.
   
   
2. You may already have it, but you can get a clip on of his earrings on Amazon that work well.
   
   
3. I saw you mention that you couldn't get the bandana to stay even on your arm. What I did was get a slightly bigger piece of black, stretchier fabric (compared to a typical bandana) so I could tie it off on my arm above my bicep. You may have to re-tie it depending on how long you wear it, but this worked for me.
   
   
4. What shoes will you wear with it? I've found basic black boots work well.
   
   Your costume is great as is, and these are things you could do if you plan to continue to dress up as the greatest swordsman. I cosplay him at least once whenever I make it to a convention, so it was worth it to upgrade the props.
   
   Lastly, as someone who has only done pre-timeskip Zoro, your robe is amazing and I hope when I eventually do post timeskip my robe looks that good.

I have two holes in each ear and I just leave the studs in all the time. I considered getting fancy earrings for the wedding but I wore my hair down and and quite frankly forgot about it, and nobody said anything.

But, you're wearing your hair up so it's worth looking into - there are converters that can change pierced earrings into clip-ons, you might look at those, something like this

You could be an ever fairy. I'd wear black gloves and these simple accessories. Then I'd try to copy a fairy makeup tutorial from YouTube. The masks are really pretty but a pain to wear or carry all night.
