Zippers?, Beacons?, POLES?! I thought this was /r/Snowboarding ?

Yeah, I just take mine off to diddle with stuff.
I figure most folks here are "typical" boarders. Mostly riding just looking for something warm that lasts and is inexpensive. You really can own Kincos for life with proper care. A lot of rope tows in parks around here and they're great for that as well. If you're an outdoor photographer... no bueno.
I've also got some of these. Much softer but very similar... maybe not quite as warm. Super inexpensive.
pack layers and you can shed as needed: heres my layout
Base Layer:
I try to avoid cotton stuff cause of chafing, highly recommend exofficio if thats an issue.
runner leggings/thermal leggings
long sleeve work out material shirt/ thermal shirt
smartwool socks! smartwool is the best. I use it for backpacking too.
Second Layer:
arctix snow bibs from amazon : 40 (You want snow pants/bibs. getting snow all down your pants/up your back is awful.)
A flannel or other heavy shirt type
Third:
I have wantando jacket (70 from amazon) reeeealy warm. Hardly have worn it out and its been like 10-15 on the mountain. Id imagine I could wear it down to zero.
A lighter waterproof jacket incase the heavy jacket is too much.
Gloves: Get some nice waterproof insulated gloves and glove liners.

If you got all of those youd be fine an any resort park
So you guys suggests some pretty pricey gloves. I just bought some called Elma leather gloves on amazon and they are amazing!! They are actually really cheap, but they are nice and warm and fits quite good. They also have several colours. Though it's not wool. You should have a look.
Edit: here's a link for lazy people https://www.amazon.com/ELMA-Leather-Winter-Gloves-Cashmere/dp/B009GURYV8
I've got a pair of these I use when freezing my nuts off in the workshop, but I suspect they wont be stretchy enough to put over the top of some bike gloves, I guess you could cut the tips off and glue them on, a bit of a bodge I know.
There's a few music players that have a setting where you can use the volume keys to skip tracks, Player Pro for example supports this, as xN8x says, it's a function that's supported in Cyanogenmod roms, if you're confident enough to flash a new rom then CM7 will do the trick, or if you don't mind a few glitches (dependant on your phone) CM9 is coming along nicely.
You could always post a thread in /r/Android and see what other suggestions folks come up with, although expect a few downvotes while a load of pimply teens start shouting STFU n00b at their screens lol
Rare to find somebody that has the same job and takes adderall just like I do. My best advice for you is to buy some gloves (cotton or something of that nature) and wear them under your latex gloves. It helps A LOT. I also wear a beanie for extra protection... I dont fuck around getting cold anymore its not worth it.
[This] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DZI14L8/ref=twister_B00DZI0ZUO?_encoding=UTF8&th=1&psc=1) is what I wear. I have two pairs that I alternate... doesn't have to be touchscreen capable but you get the point...
Also, L-Arginine will help anybody that gets cold hands and feet, or even a limp dick. Basicly It opens up your blood vessels so you gain circulation back to those areas being effected. Must have supplement if you take adderall, and you dont even need to take it everyday imo...
And also OP:
Make sure you are taking care of yourself better than you normally would while on these doses. Eat enough, Sleep enough, Stay hydrated, take a multi-vitamin, fish/krill oil, extra magnesium, protein bars and bananas (great if you cant eat). Drinking milk is also an easy way to get alot of nutrition in you.
When you take adderall your body is using up energy it has to make the drug work right, when there is no energy to give you just feel dead tired. I know, I take doses constantly above 150mg and food is a huge factor in how things turn out for me. a high protein diet is very helpful.
And when I say stay hydrated that doesn't mean only drinking water. Too much water will wash out your electrolytes making you feel like shit. Throw some pedialyte (has the most electrolytes) in there throughout the day or Powerade to replenish them. You may also need to eat something sugary since adderall has a tendency to fuck with your blood sugar... salt too... make sure your body has enough or you will feel fucked up. Hopefully this helps.
i grew up in what was, at one time, the coldest city in the contiguous US. i'm not sure if the area still holds that title, but i'll pass along a trick the locals use.
get a cheap pair of reasonably warm finger gloves that are thin enough to allow you the dexterity to operate the controls on your rifle.
also get a pair of warm lined buckskin mittens. what you'll do is put the gloves on, then the mittens, then put your hands in your pockets and take them out so that the mitten stays in the pocket and the glove stays on your hand, then when you're walking/moving/getting ready to shoot or whatever your hands won't get too hot, and when you're standing still, you can put your hands in your pockets which are now lined buckskin gloves to stay warm.
hunted coyotes regularly in -25F to -40F temperatures and never had cold hands.
North Face E-Tip Gloves
Great gloves that let you use any finger you want. Wait for Black Friday, as I got mine for like $10 last year. Definitely buying another pair this year!
Fratelli Orsini makes some great looking driving gloves
But for warmth I really like cashmere lined gloves
I have these Wool Gloves and I love the. They fit great and keep them warm. Aesthetically they aren't for everyone but I like being slightly different than the pack or north-faced jacketed twenties-type.
Considering checking out the Dakine Men's Scout Gloves, they seem to have a nice winter shell and included liner glove. Seems like that might be close to what I'm looking for. Would love to find something that has a more lightweight shell though.

I'm obsessed with these:
Northstar Unisex Full Grain Deerskin Sherpa Lined Mitten, Tan, Full Fingered 51T https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FM7STPE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_qxoqybTXPNNDB
I have super short, stubby fingers and the small fits great. I live in Minneapolis and they kept my hands warm all winter long!
Or get a muff with a window, something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Hot-Shot-Mens-Textpac-Hand/dp/B00W9ODCVY
I made something along those lines myself, but need to improve it a little, it was just a tad to small to comfortably use a larger phone.
I have been a big fan of these:
http://www.amazon.com/Isotoner-Smartouch-Stretch-Gloves-Black/dp/B008ATLQ9C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415637175&sr=8-1&keywords=isotoner+men%27s+smartouch
The touch is not 100% accurate, but good enough for me last winter. If you want even warmer, they offer some with a fleece lining.
Yeah, but theyre not like latex/vinyl/nitrile gloves or heavy duty work gloves, theyre just like super basic, cold but not super cold weather gloves.
Something like these but probably no brand and $2 from target.
https://smile.amazon.com/Timberland-Magic-Touchscreen-Technology-Charcoal/dp/B00WH4PG9C/
These combined with a a muff like this and hand warmers and I’ve hunted down to -10 F.
They are cheap and give you almost bare handed dexterity. For like 50 cents more a pair you can get ones that work with smart phones too.
Concerning the skeptism of knuckle marks, [these] (http://smile.amazon.com/Voodoo-Tactical-20-9078-Phantom-Gloves/dp/B004286C3A/ref=sr_1_40?ie=UTF8&qid=1425409190&sr=8-40&keywords=kevlar+knuckle+gloves) were pretty common on my last deployment. I assure you that you can throw alot of power behind a punch with these against anything and leave your hands completely safe. A metal door would be nothing more then a punching bag.
$35, look nice, touch capable, and good ratings https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00N3GTTKU?psc=1
I second Raber. Picked up these (US Amazon but ships to Canada) last winter and they were great.
Link
http://www.amazon.com/Masley-Gortex-Weather-Flyers-Gloves/dp/B00CII27DU
They're not leather, but you don't want leather anyway. Once it gets wet it'll freeze your fingers.
I got issued these in the army and they're the best cold weather gloves I've ever owned.
Apologies, men's gloves. I've also got, I believe the scientific term is "big-ass hands".
From a style perspective, as I recall, they looked just like https://www.amazon.com/Isotoner-Smartouch-Stretch-Leather-Partial/dp/B00M0JO23K/ref=sr_1_35?ie=UTF8&qid=1483937998&sr=8-35&keywords=isotoner+totes+gloves, only the style was very obviously driving glove.
Basically take the leather and spandex portions from that link, and let it have a love child with this https://www.amazon.com/Isotoner-Smooth-Leather-Driving-Covered/dp/B001I45Y6C/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1483938215&sr=8-5&keywords=isotoner+driving+gloves and that is what I'm trying to track down.
The problem I seem to run into is that I find a lot of plain leather driving gloves, just not seeing any that mix the two fabrics.
I've tried searching for spandex leather driving gloves, but still not coming up with exactly what I'm looking for.
Thank you for the response though.
https://www.amazon.com/Touchscreen-texting-cashmere-Standard-Cashmere/dp/B00N3GTTKU/ref=sr_1_3?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1484012935&sr=1-3&nodeID=7141123011&keywords=leather%2Bgloves&th=1.
Seems to have really good reviews on Amazon. I just got myself a pair with cashmere lining yesterday.
These will do https://www.amazon.com/OZERO-Winter-Gloves-Coldproof-Glove/dp/B073191H74/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1543244385&sr=8-4&keywords=winter+gloves
Maybe some sort of muff with a plastic window to see your mobile phone screen?
This is all I can find online: http://www.amazon.com/Hot-Shot-Mens-Textpac-Hand/dp/B00W9ODCVY , but if you're crafty you could probably make one, or something similar.
I'm not sure how convenient a muff would be though.
Have these. No complaints.
