I print labels onto round colored stickers. There's not a lot of room but enough to get the beer name, date, and ABV. Batches are color coded (obviously I have to reuse the colors over time but it helps keep things more orderly).
Labeling the caps means I don't have to peel anything off when I reuse the bottles.
If you use dice as tokens, the face up number can function as their hp.
How big are the tokens you're using? Consider placing colored dot stickers on the bottoms to help keep track.
Used to just use 3/4" painters masking tape wrapped from the neck over the top and back down the neck. Now I use 3/4" circle labels (these specifically) for all my bottles and they work pretty well. You can get bigger sheets for use with a printer but I'm just handwriting for now.

I bought these dots on Amazon back when I was playing SWA, and they work just as well for KillTeams. Put stickers on the front and back of the base and another sticker on the corresponding data card. "I'm firing at the blue sticker guy with my gold sticker guy" is a lot easier than "Ulrakk Thrakka is firing at Bj'ulla H'varticheese" especially for newcomers.
