Yup, a lot hangs on the griddle too! In India, a lot of people are lucky to have broken-in cast iron ones handed down by relatives. My wife got a great one from my aunt!! OP, you will need one like this: https://www.amazon.in/Generic-CAST-IRON-DOSA-TAWA/dp/B076Z1QRR8
Plutôt un truc comme ça du coup?
Et le houmous, c'est super simple ! T'as pris de la pâte de sésame pour mettre dedans ? C'est le must pour donner un petit goût grillé.
This is the best pan for crepes - you do have to season it initially: https://www.amazon.com/France-8-Inch-Cooking-Surface-9-5-Inches/dp/B0019N4ZHQ/ref=sr_1_3?gclid=Cj0KCQjwpavpBRDQARIsAPfTwizDEQRgXpOo8tfaZmx4jVNFI8wx9gWv2pwaVSNVsSr0FAcZUSx0KwIaAhUhEALw_wcB&hvadid=326259013855&hvdev=t&hvlocphy=9028897&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=b&hvrand=2621152007114112485&hvtargid=kwd-523930479272&hydadcr=4694_9478396&keywords=blue+carbon+steel+pan&qid=1563146301&s=gateway&sr=8-3
I grew up before teflon was used in pans (started in the '60s). My Mom always used a steel pan. Amazon has one for $20 - called a crepe pan, but also good for eggs.
Here's another for $30 - a little deeper.
Someone above posted a link to the uk amazon version, I found it cheaper on the US amazon site. It is a crepe pan, though can be used for a few other purposes as well.
These are the De Buyer items im wanting to pass on. Mine are used and have some seasoning on them to varying degrees of course. If your interested they’re yours if you have a shipping label.

The crepe pan is for crepes and pancakes. The corn cob pans are for corn bread. The breakfast pan is for bacon and eggs. The trivet is for keeping meat off the bottom of a dutch oven. You put the trivet in the pot and then put the meat on top of it.

I can smell the sugar, batter, and melted butter just from watching that video. So good. I used to have one of these until its nonstick coating died. I should get another....
As someone with an unfortunate variation on the Midas Touch (every food I make turns to shit) crepes are really difficult to screw up. Having a well-seasoned carbon steel crepe pan like the one in the video makes them even harder to mess up. If I can make crepes, anyone can!
