I usually build my own but because of current sale in /r/BuildaPCsales I have to recommend a prebuilt for the money (you will be underbudget even with taxes if you don't get the speakers or speakers plus cheaper keyboard).
I have bought 2 from these guys and other than plain box the headsets looked new and have zero issues with them. Comfortable, great sound (for gaming NOT for music), average to above average mic (for gaming) which is removable.
This setup will be able to play almost any game at 1440p 60FPS at high settings.
I started My Marathon and have a little bit of First Ladies of Running left. Haven't started Running with the Buffaloes yet - but that's high on the list to pick up once I finish those two.
My 'wish list' highlights right now include Duel in the Sun, Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain, The Barefoot Sisters Appalacian Trail books Southbound and Walking Home, Swimming to Antartica, and Physiology really fascinates me even though I only understand a fraction of it so I kind of want to check out Running: Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology in Practice, 1e
I also have a couple of business related books (But those are boring. I just feel like I have to read them to stay relevant in some conversations.) I need to get through, as well as some good fiction reading in just to detox the brain. Haha. Archer has been taking precedence over that before bed lately though.
>i used to do Muay thai(for those who dont know its kickboxing but a little different)and i had to stop due to intense pain after sessions
Here's your problem -- you're putting a lot of force through your system and not aligning your bones/joints to transmit the force safely through your physical structure. If you keep putting force through your body without first learning proper alignment you will cripple yourself.
Form >>>> force
https://www.amazon.com/Dynamic-Alignment-Through-Imagery-2nd/dp/0736067892
Start with gentle range-of-motion exercises, without resistance. Develop body awareness. Maybe switch to Tai Chi while you rehabilitate your spine. Do not stop moving/exercising, just dial down the force production and focus entirely on alignment.
Good luck.
Start with folk songs and dances. Folk songs are great because 1) they're easier and 2) the community knows them. Plus it teaches culture and history, just pick songs that are age-appropriate. Folk dances are great because it gets the kids up and moving. You can use a website for ideas or find some literature on folk dances.
Sure, teach them how to read music too, but don't focus on it. For young music students, the goal is to expose them to high-quality music and make music fun.

It's by Joseph Schloss. He's a guy whose work you may want to explore in general. He spent several years in the NY hip hop scene, interviewing all the OG's, while simultaneously starting/developing as a competitive b-boy. He also helped Alien Ness write "The Art of Battle."
Awesome, knowledgeable guy.

This (used) for my daughter from my kiddos list please.
When I was in 7th grade, I was fixing the glasses for dinner and my mom was making spaghetti. We both turned around at the same time, and the hot metal pot hit me in the arm and the boiling water sloshed over. So, I got burned really bad with a huge blister on my arm that moved around when I moved my arm :-P
Thanks for the contest!
Read: The Choreography of Presenting, by Kendall Zoller and Claudette Landry. I've seen Kendall teach some of his skills to various presenters/teachers, and it is really helpful material. Having good material is negated if not presented well.
The general opinion is that you cannot teach yourself ballet at home.
However you can show your parents that you are dedicated by reading books (i.e. Vaganovas Basic Principals of Classical Ballet, it's really not expensive and might also be available at you local library)
and do pilates excercises which will help you to get in shape. Depending on your age you can also try and find a job that allows you to pay for classes yourself.
Naxos is the publisher and they are pretty solid for classical sources. The item you linked to is an audio recording and not a score. Are you buying it for school? My university has a bunch of scores in the library, and I also have access to databases of scores. If you're a music student you likely do too.
Edit: found this on amazon US
I read this one recently and is a great read IMHO.

There is quite a bit of material out there on Frantic, mostly due to the lovely tradition of british theatre to educate and share their knowledge. If you google Frantic, some pdfs will show up. And then there is a book they wrote themselves which is highly recommended, not just for info on Frantic, but devising techniques in theatre.
As for Brecht, there are plenty of books. This might be a good start
Maybe A Child's Introduction to Ballet? Amazon has a pretty long preview of the book.
Let's Dance: Learn to Swing, Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango, Line Dance, Lambada, Cha-Cha, Waltz, Two-Step, Jitterbug and Salsa With Style, Elegance and Ease
Check out Spirit Moves. You can start here and search from there, though it is copyrighted and therefore gets taken down.

Remember no history is definitive, there's always other perspectives, revisions, corrections and new information. And also only about 10% of the documentaries, movies, etc out there ever made it onto the internet, and about 5% or less of the researched history has been converted to digital form, so go to the library too if you're serious about getting accurate info.
I do! I was looking for it as well, and was only able to find it in print in this book: http://www.amazon.com/Tango-History-Obsession-Virginia-Gift/dp/143921462X
Here is a scan I made of the essay from the book: https://mega.nz/#!Ukd2UBQC!D5bv9gmhG0GuV52wuryT_EhBLeT_W5vFaxRhW0jgyE8
If you are really interested in the topic read Stipped by Bernadette Barton.

> Humans make music because it sounds good
Music, or at least its social dance, seems to help build a sense of community. This would increase the survivability of those communities that practice music. Sometimes the utility of a practice isn't always obvious.
Likewise otherthings you list aid survivability. Having a historical record allows learning from past mistakes at a level far above that of simple behavioural conditioning, allowing entire societies to avoid mistakes made generations ago.
If I could pick just one thing for Christmas this year, it would be this Tap Dictionary. I teach classes for tappers from ages 6-18. It's been a while since I actually took a tap class myself, and some of the terminology has gone out the window. I think it'd be a great help when it comes to planning classes.
I'm sorry to hear your Christmas was spoiled by those awful people :(
The book is here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0789167TH/
The titled looked familiar so I thought it might good, but why would the author of a book on stoicism pay for so many fake reviews?
Reminds me of this... classic.
If you can, go for the HyperX Cloud. Amazon usually has them from 55-80$, so I recommend getting it refurbished from Kingston themselves on ebay (which can go as low as 40 dollars if you go for the "Core" model).
HyperX Cloud II (ebay)
HyperX Cloud I (ebay)
HyperX Cloud Core (ebay)
HyperX Cloud (amazon)
Here are some medical studies that I have read over the last two years, when I started to be interested on minimalism. Not specially related to flat foot, but for sure you will find lots of scientific evidences on them:
