Wow that looks awesome!!! A couple changes I might suggest:

  1. add an area with a soft rug or fleece blanket on it. It should be relatively large like 4 x 2 ft or so... the pebbles are probably pretty hard on bunny paws (double check his paws to make sure he does not have any sores on them - if he does vet is the answer for sure). it's like if we were on beach stones 24 hrs a day... Also the blanket will be grippy and soft for him so he can run fast (zoomies) and do binkies.. and of course for general bunny comfort also.

something like this or similar would be great https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075FGMHYM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?smid=A1ID36P4IX52ZW&psc=1 but weigh it down in palce with some stones at the corners.

Also, he desperately needs a hiding house... a place where he can hide (bunnies need that for comfort and safety feeling as prey animals). That is a huge thing for them. I would provide two options something soft like the strawberry house below to sleep in (they love those) https://www.amazon.com/Echo-Paths-Strawberry-Sponge-Puppy/dp/B071JDXGF3/ref=sr_1_24?ie=UTF8&qid=1538099755&sr=8-24&keywords=rabbit%2Bfleece%2Bhouse&th=1
And something hard like one made from wood or even something made from grass an hey which he would love chewing on as well. Check my summary below on google drive for links to great places to get those.

Also do add his space some toys for him to play with and stimulate him... bunnies are very smart and they will love it - treat balls and puzzles, tunnels (the more holes the better), castle houses with tramps, can even make your own by staffing paper bag or cardboard toilet paper roll with some pellets and treas and hay for him to ravage through. Again my g drive summary has links to good places to look for that and while something are expensive they will last a while and make him much happier.

Also, his diet - I don't see much hay and it should ALWAYS be available in limitless quantities. good hay should be 90% of bunny diet and a hay rack placed right by his litter box (I assumed he uses one) is essential as bunnies love to poop and much lol. The veggies, good pellets (limited though to 1/4 a cup per day for 6 lb bunny) and veggies, and occasional treats (never processed sugar or seeds or nuts). Never alfalfa for adult bunnies.

Really do check out my summary, it is difficult for me to list and type everything here but it does has a good overview and very trustworthy resources. Do check out the links in it on how to set up bunny house and try to add some of those elements to his space (which being obviously larger is already awesome). Also Lennon the bunny video I linked for you has videos on bunny homes too, and those are super helpful on everything, check for example on how to groom him properly. And that bonding video should help you tremendously.

Good luck and I can wait to see pics of you two snuggling soon, and him with all those cozy home additions. He is your baby and he is worth you time and money. I promise you effort we be as rewarding for you as for him, don't be overwhelmed... start with something and just continue down the list... :)

My puppy makes me happy I love coming home to him everyday. I love seeing his little curly tail wag like crazy, making him walk sideways. I love it when he goes on his back so I can rub his tummy. He is so adorable and I love him so much. Something else that makes me happy is painting my nails. I have become quite good at it and I have become addicted. Painting my nails is a way of me dealing with stress. Painting my nails causes me to forget about my problems.

I've been in almost exactly the same spot, although with uncontrollable bowel movements instead of incontinence. Not pretty.

Here's the thing you have to understand: for some people, their dogs are their children. Suppose it were a child. Would you say caring more about the child than she cares about you is a bad thing? No way. I'd say most people with children consider them the #1 priority, above even themselves. You can't make it a zero sum game where she has to choose one or the other, because you're not going to be the one she chooses.

That said, you need to tell her about what's bothering you and discuss how to deal with it. I assume your main issue is that the dog is peeing, vomiting, etc inside. Maybe you can get some sort of bed or blanket the dog can lie on, on top of the bed, so that if there's an accident you can just clean that and your bed doesn't get soiled. That way, you're demonstrating you care for her and the dog while finding a way to take care of what's bothering you. 10 second Google search and I found some things that look like they'll do the trick:

http://www.amazon.com/100-Waterproof-Mambe-Blanket-Large/dp/B0073SMHK8
http://www.dogbedsandcrates.com/categories/incontinence-dog-beds/

And let her control how the dog is taken care of. If she doesn't want you to take out the dog, don't take out the dog. This is a classic guy mistake. We want to help, and in trying to help, we get ourselves into trouble. Tell her you're sorry for taking the dog out when she didn't want you to and say you were just trying to help out. Tell her you care about the dog's well-being, you care about her, and you will do whatever you have to to make sure all of you stay together. Give her a hug and a kiss and I bet she'll break down in tears and say she's just stressed out because she loves her dog so much and doesn't want the dog to be sick and she's sorry.

I have this one and our puppy loves it. And yes, I did stuff my face in it before putting it to use :))

I use this doggy blanket from Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M71HN5H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YV7UCbCBYQDVR

I used to squirt through layers of towels and it’d be disgusting but that blanket has been a lifesaver!

I have the same one from amazon (it is v small). I put it in her bed so she rearranges that rather than the stitching of the bed.

My puppy used to chew up any bed that was in her crate until she was 4-5 mos or so. She even chewed up the stuffed edge of one of those Kong crate pads that were supposed to be extra tough. What ended up working was one of the K-9 Ballistics TUFF Crate Pad with a blanket in there for extra padding (I got this one). She still uses that now (~ 7 mos) and it works great, neither item have been destroyed in the slightest.

Or black, or dark brown, or a mottled/floral print that can hide dark-red/brown spots.

If the wetness even soaks through a blanket or towel, consider using a waterproof blanket or washable underpad you can just throw on top of your regular sheets for sexytimes.

Laying down a towel can work in a pinch, but after one too many times of a towel just not doing the job we invested a few bucks in a decent waterproof fuck blanket. This one in particular, which I will wholeheartedly vouch for. There's also the Liberator Lush throw, but at 3x the price, I'd rather spend the savings on something a little more fun... ;)
