I'd definitely classify this as Fun! I may be only saying that based on nostalgia, though, since I was about eight the last time I played.
Thanks for the contest!
making text to speech programs say funny shit was my favorite bit growing up.
this game my friend had makes you play through a bunch of dumb grammar mini games but then you get to a part where you make little 'movies' and you can type whatever in the speech bubbles and the text to speech will say it. We'd make two characters walk onscreen and just say the word "Tit" to each other and laugh for hours. His mom was kind of restrictive (couldnt watch simpsons at his house) so she was always super suspicious of why we were so entertained by a Grammar game.
You were playing BF2 at age 5? I'm pretty sure at that age I was playing Jumpstart 1st Grade
Black and White?
Jurassic Park Chaos Island (Not sure what's up with the Metro 2033 logo there).
DinoPark Tycoon
I'm not sure about Petz but you can search Amazon and see if anything that comes up matches what you're looking for. Amazon is a decent spot to search for older games because you get the websites and people who are selling used copies through Amazon as well.
This might make me seem really young (granted, I was playing Asheron's Call at 7) but my favorite game when I was really little was Reader Rabbit 1st Grade (this was before I started school) and another game called Read, Write, Paint or something similar (it definetly had Write and Paint in the title). When I got a little older it was Rollercoaster Tycoon and Sims. Also, Virtual Villager for a few days straight.
I had this when I was little and it was awesome.

You get to fight supervillains in random locales by doing math puzzles.
I have no idea if it'll work on new systems though, maybe with dosbox. You can probably find a free copy online since it's like 15 years old.
I think it's Jump Start Kindergarten. I'm pretty sure, since here is the game with the balloons.
SESAME STREET: NUMBERS, specifically the "The Paper Clip Game: Ernie has hidden Bert's paper clip collection! Help Bert find his paper clips hidden behind things in their home." mini-game?
Dammit I played this one too. I don't remember those activities but everything else you described I recall vividly.
Edit:
I think this is it?
If not this one, it has to be another by SoftKey or The Learning Company. A partial list can be found here.
Edit 2:
Fairly certain this has got to be it. There was a hide and seek game in it too, right? In the forrest?

Any chance this is Reader Rabbit - Capers on Cloud 9?
I was unable to do a whole lot of good research, but it's a children's educational game from around that era that seems to have a focus on clouds.

Could it be Cluefinders 4th Grade Adventures? https://www.amazon.com/ClueFinders-4th-Grade-Adventures-Pyramid/dp/B00004UF32

Was thinking about this...
"Pajama Sam"? http://www.amazon.com/Pajama-Sam-Need-Hide-Outside/dp/B00006BN8P
Uncle Albert's Magical Album?
I think this was technically my first, although my first game I bought on steam was Dayz.
Was it this:

was it one of the bajillion clue finders games?

I vaguely remember this as well. I think it may have been something in the Cluefinders series but I'm not sure.
>For someone who has lived in japan "for 31 years" you sure got swept up into the American alt-right movement.
Oh, I get it. You simply suck horrendously at reading English.
>I've been here 11 years and I'm 31 years old.
