I love my Adidas clothes and their pants are ultra comfortable. I plan on wearing them to work this summer when it's hot as hell out. And you can get them for a decent price. They look good and you can find them for ~$30

For shorts, I love inexpensive golf style shorts that you can pick up cheap online or on sale at department stores. Here is an example on Amazon for $21.

Most of these will have some type of "performance" synthetic fabric that stretches while pedaling and wicks sweat on hot days. I just wear a padded chamois underneath and I am good to go. Plus, if you crash and tear your pants, you aren't out $100 like you would be for fancy Pearl Izumi or Fox brand shorts.

Ugly AF but works great

I wear under armor borehole. They are boxer briefs but are more comfortable for every day wear because they are tight but not compression and there's a pouch for your stuff that keeps it on pace without squishing it like compression shorts. They are expensive ($20/each) but I've had mine for two years and they aren't even starting to wear out. I just bought one per week for a while to spread the cost out.

They are not cheap. but my favorite is the Nike dri-fit athletic pants.

Just be careful on the Khaki and Olive depending on the material. If they are canvas or chino material then Helllooooo swamp ass.

I have a few pairs of polyester/synthetic blend shorts in navy, black, etc. Those work well in all climates. For higher end I'm sure you could find something from Lulu, Bonobos and the likes. On the lower end TJ Maxx usually has tons of fits of these types of shorts.

I don't know if/when they come in stock, but I actually have some that should be coming in today or monday. I know, I was going crazy too looking for the pants and I asked a ball-golf friend of mine and he said to use amazon. I too found it weird that there was nothing listed on the actual adidas website.
