I'm very pro cosmetic enhancement! PSA: Realself.com is the best for information on procedures, before and after photos, and reviews of top doctors near you that perform whatever you can think of!

So far in my life I've straightened my teeth with braces, used over the counter whitening kits, and this isn't something you've covered but I have worn hair extensions as needed and I'm considering getting a fake ponytail thing for when I'm feeling really lazy I just want to wear buns. At the end of the year I should be getting a breast augmentation, and I also plan on whitening my teeth again. As I get older I'll totally embrace the latest technology and get whatever it takes to stay attractive!

The full body makeovers you linked to are cool, the women don't look particularly fit and yet the end result is a hypersexual figure. I think procedures like this are awesome options for those who aren't interested in working out and dieting, or perhaps they've done their best but their body structure just doesn't allow them to have an hourglass figure. I agree with you though it looks like he is following some sort of template and I feel like women who want a different look would be better off with another doctor.

Coolsculpting is a procedure I'm super jazzed about in general. I don't know if I'll ever need it but I'd 100% do it - you freeze the fat away! It works by exposing targeted areas to extreme cold to kill fat cells, these dead cells are then disposed of by your body through the natural waste elimination process. From what I've read it's perfect for women who have trouble areas that are resistant to exercise and dieting. I imagine it'll be really good post childbirth.

Procedures I'm not a fan of: microblading, eyeliner tattoos, and lip liner tattoos. They all just seem so trashy!

Thanks. It's actually this: https://www.amazon.com/Synthetic-Textured-Ponytail-Extension-Hairpiece/dp/B011S54ES4/ref=sr_1_9?crid=217IVCF4ZH9SZ&keywords=clip%2Bon%2Bhair%2Bpieces%2Bfor%2Bwomen&qid=1564800345&s=gateway&sprefix=clip%2Bon%2Bhair%2Bpieces%2Bfor%2Bwomen%2Caps%2C-1&sr=8-9&th=1

So it's a clip-in ponytail, basically. I put it in by putting my natural hair into a low pony and then wrapping it around the hair piece (that's why I have the black clip there, since it's holding my hair around it. So the hair that is in the black clip is my natural hair, and everything that's in the pony is the fake stuff.

I am actually pretty impressed with it. I got lucky with a pretty good color match, though. It was hard to guess which one would work best from the monitor, heh.

Chiming in as another cancer survivor...depending on how your hair falls out, if it falls out, 3/4 wigs are also a great option. They clip into your hair ~4 inches back from your hairline, so if you have hair (even thin hair!) on that part of your head you can pin it back over the edge of the wig like a half-ponytail and blend it in. They are way way cheaper than a lace-front wig, and since it IS your hairline it looks perfectly natural. I wore this one to my wedding and it didn't look like a wig at all.

Best of luck to you!

Okay, here's the list of the things I'm looking for. I found the Fleet Street blood on Amazon, but will be shocked if anything else is there... I swear I've searched everything. If you find these things on Amazon, you're a magician.

During one of the exercises that I worked on last summer, the head of the moulage team there taught me how to use these materials. Now I know how to use them, but I'm on my own and don't have any TO use!

-Michael Davy "Water Melon" liquid. This is the material used to make the pieces. 32 ounce bottle (each piece takes multiple ounces of material).
http://www.michaeldavy.com/products/watermelon_products.htm

Paint & Powder Cosmetics has it as well, listed as "Acrylic Vinyl Liquid".
http://www.paintandpowderstore.com/proddetail.php?prod=MM-1284&cat=306

-Gelling agent. Used to solidify the pieces more quickly (within an hour). Otherwise, each individual piece takes 8 HOURS OR MORE to solidify before it can be pulled out of the mold. I don't have that kind of time! Amazon has "Monster Makers" gelling agent, but only in quart and gallon sizes. I DEFINITELY don't need that much. At most, you need 15-20 drops of it per a few ounces of acrylic vinyl/WaterMelon material.

Michael Davy has 4 ounce bottles of his gelling agent for $10, which is more what I'm looking for (Two 4-oz bottles), but you can't buy directly from him unless you have a minimum order of $50 (which I could meet if I bought the WaterMelon material and DuraColor paint from his site), and none of the distributors have the gelling agent.
http://www.michaeldavy.com/products/watermelon_products.htm

-Fruit/jerky dehydrator machine. Used to completely dry the pieces after they've solidified and been taken out of the mold. The pieces can't be used until they're completely dry, and larger pieces take DAYS to fully dry without a dehydrator.
Amazon has this, but I can't get the link to work correctly for some reason, so here's the Google shopping result. Nesco FD-60 Snackmaster Express. https://www.google.com/shopping/product/11609761704250746494

-Prosthetic molds. This is what you pour the liquid material into to shape the pieces. Here are the individual links to each one:

Abrasion 1 - Plaster: http://www.paintandpowderstore.com/proddetail.php?prod=MM-1222&cat=68

Laceration 1 - Plaster: http://www.paintandpowderstore.com/proddetail.php?prod=MM-1223&cat=68

Abrasion 2 - Plaster: http://www.paintandpowderstore.com/proddetail.php?prod=MM-1225&cat=68

Throat slash/large laceration: http://www.shop.brickintheyard.com/Cut-Throat-1-CUTTHROAT1.htm

"Slice/Dice" multi tray: http://www.shop.brickintheyard.com/Slice-Dice-Mold-Plate-SliceDice.htm

"Zombie" multi tray (good for "gouge" and "blast" wounds): http://www.shop.brickintheyard.com/Zombie-Mold-Plate-ZombiePlate.htm

"Bullet wounds" multi tray: http://www.shop.brickintheyard.com/Bullet-Wounds-Mold-Plate-BulletWoundMold.htm

Compound fracture: http://www.shop.brickintheyard.com/Compound-Fracture-Mold-CompFracMold.htm

"Infected" open wound: http://www.shop.brickintheyard.com/Infected-1-SB-Infected1.htm

Burns: http://thehauntstore.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=68_194_195&products_id=606

Blisters/boils: http://thehauntstore.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=68_194_196&products_id=608

-99 percent Isopropyl Alcohol. This is the liquid used as an adhesive to apply the pieces (and also activate the makeup/paint to use to color the pieces). It MUST be 99 percent - no other percentage formula will work.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003SEVHA2/ or http://www.alconeco.com/alcohol-99-isopropyl

Alcohol activated/RMG makeup to color the finished pieces. (Need "blood" and "bruise" colors - purples, reds, etc)

Michael Davy "Duracolor" 8 color palette. This is the best option, exactly what I'm looking for - the type of paint/makeup blend that I'm looking for, and the option to mix and match colors to create a palette. http://www.michaeldavy.com/products/products_foundation.html

Or the "Bloody 5" palette: http://www.paintandpowderstore.com/proddetail.php?prod=MM-1442&cat=64

Fleet Street "Drying Blood" to apply to finished pieces.

You've got gorgeous eyes, and really nice lips. Try looking at youtube videos for eye make up tips for hooded/asian eyes if you want to glam up your look. For your hair, I'd get some accessories to help style. I have got a hair bobble elastic thing which is like a fake bun. Here is the link to the one I have:

https://www.amazon.es/dp/B076HPR7K6?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

You just make a low side ponytail/bun and wrap this around. It looks really classy and if you match your hair tone no-one well notice!

I got color #30

OneDor® 20" Curly Full Head Clip in Synthetic Hair Extensions 7pcs 140g (Medium Auburn-30#) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q7207OE/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_XCW5wbMD4RP5G

, they just got here today and match pretty spot on and are really great for $10 , i clipped them in, trimmed them a little shorter and am going out in them today, already have gotten lots of compliments!

u/bossyfosy · 3 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

What is your nearest large city? Regardless, go find the nearest black beauty supplier and get your tracks there (often called a bundle in store)Some come with clips already attached, but if not, just get a pack of clips like these (obviously matched to your hair color). Make sure to get the clip shade that matches your hair since it's so fine. Also, either ask your hair dresser what your color number is, or look at a chart before going. Some supply stores have the number chart in store, and others don't.

u/Ellenorange · 3 pointsr/transpassing

I agree that your hair is the only thing holding you back here!

On Amazon there are a number of cosplay wigs that are inexpensive and surprisingly natural looking. For example, I've worn this one out on a date and felt totally comfortable: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0140X8DJ2/

Thanks for the fun contest!!

u/[deleted] · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

this is a really cool contest thanks for it :)

u/Aoibhell · 1 pointr/RandomActsofMakeup

Ok here goes. I swear that I have not added anything new... this stuff has been on my list for awhile now.
.
1- Cheapass $5 extensions- I don't even have a reason... they look fun.
2- Facial Tape- Been wanting to try these since Kevyn Aucoin's first book :D
3- Oh.. and I have this on a separate wishlist. Guess that one isn't really so weird to some people...
.
.

We all know interspecies romance is weird. Except for Captain Kirk.

u/cecikierk · 5 pointsr/Wigs

Updos are tricky with wigs unless you want to shell out money for full lace wigs. When I do Victorian hair for historical costuming I would tie my existing up into a tiny bun, then put on a ear to ear front lace piece like this to hide my scalp and finally clip in a fancy bun (similar to this but I made mine with real hair wefts). It's a lot lighter and more comfortable than wearing a full wig, not to mention it's way cheaper. If you don't have bald spots then you probably don't even need the lace front piece because hair stylists can make the top of your hair look quite full.

What makes me beautiful!

Hair Chalk I just really wanna try it out :)

u/stepmomthrowaway765 · 13 pointsr/stepparents

The legal action made me lol.

Anyway, I do agree with the others re: nevvver touching the hair in any permanent way. Cutting or coloring. But especially not with a 5 year old. I got around this by buying my SD clip-in hair extensions. They come out right away, and she can wear them when she wants. I got a set like this in different colors.

https://www.amazon.com/Colored-Extensions-Straight-Hairpieces-Highlights/dp/B071ZS79CG

u/femmenon · 3 pointsr/TheGirlSurvivalGuide

They will grow relatively quickly, I've gone through this before.

They look good to me, but I'd recommend styling the rest of your hair straight to go with the look, or even wearing it up and pulled away from your face to accentuate the bangs so it looks more intentional. If anything else, maybe try some clip on bangs?

u/pumpkinspiceturtle · 1 pointr/weddingplanning

That’s exactly how I felt! Found this one on amazon and I like how it’s classy and not too quinceanera like!

Tiara

u/no-pun-in-ten-did · 3 pointsr/TwoXChromosomes

For an immediate result, you want to look into hair toppers - basically half wigs you put on top of your natural hair to make up for thinning. This one is only $16, there are lots available out there that should match your natural hair.

You can get hair transplants as a lady, there are lots of videos on youtube of the process. It isn't going to be cheap though.

BONAMART ® 6/12/24/36 Color DIY Fast Non-toxic Temporary Hair Crayons Chalk Pastel Gra... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AO0KJ70/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_xxUUub1SA3H9M

The hair chalk is alright, the color definitely faded over the day, but there was no fallout on my clothes or anything. I also had to significantly wet the chalk to get it to color well, but the color was cool, a sort of faded eggplant grayish color. Haven't tried the other colors yet, we shall see how the lighter colors go…

u/monis6344 · 2 pointsr/femalehairadvice

You can try clip-in bangs if you’re curious but if you’re adamant make sure you get the one right for your face shapes
