Get a cheap umbrella stroller...but not a too cheap stroller. I got a stroller similar to this on Craig's list for $15.00 used. I used it for 5 years until the wheel kept falling off. I would just put the wheel back back on but during vacation it fell off, I didn't notice and couldn't find it. My youngest was 2 at the time so we weren't going to need a stroller much longer, but still needed one and I bought [this](http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GJGA338? keywords=cosco%20stroller&qid=1457816724&ref_=sr_1_10_a_it&sr=8-10) stroller and it drives me nuts. The wheels become misaligned and you have to tap them back into position to move the stroller. You also can't adjust the height of the arms, so it is only comfortable to push if you are 5'8" or shorter. We are also less than a year of use into it and the seat is becoming worn and frayed.
We're going straight to a convertible, specifically the Chicco Nextfit. I'm too weak to carry an infant seat and the way our day-to-day life goes, it's not worth trying to make one work. For carrying around the baby we have K'tans, a Lillebaby, and a Chicco Liteway stroller (it's technically an umbrella stroller but reclines so newborns can use it) as options.
I have the Britax B-mobile and the same carseat! I love it. It is pretty small and lightweight, and you can use the lap handle thing as a shoulder strap to carry it when it's folded up. The only downside is the carseat adapters must be removed before you fold it up, which gets annoying and I was always worried I would lose them.
Looks like certain colors are on sale!
She is 7 months old now and we switched to a convertible seat but I still use the stroller. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles (no cup holder, no tray, the storage underneath is small), but it gets the job done.
