Matzoball soup. Make half a package (about 5 large balls. I get this at my local Food Lion) in some chicken broth (I love Better than Bullion roasted chicken base. Can't live without it), and it comes out to about 200cal for the entire pot. I can completely stuff my face and still have leftovers.

Not to mention matzoball soup is like the best tasting thing ever. Only caveat is it's full of salt.

The Internet has a lot of these items, for example Matzah Meal and recipes exist for Making your own soup or you can just order Manshweitzh online most likely from Amazon as well

I found Yehuda gluten-free matzo squares to be the closest to saltines in terms of taste and texture. The Glutino ones which others seem to like had a more noticeable gluten-free flour taste and texture.

Do you live in America? Here's matza you can order from Amazon for under $20. It'll cost more for 2 day shipping, I guess.

Eating matza on the first two nights of Passover is equally as important as not eating leavened food.

I bet my gran has got some hiding in her cupboard over in Gants hill... There's no substantial Jewish population left around the East End anymore.

Save yourself a shlep and buy it online - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rakusens-Matzo-Meal-Medium-375g/dp/B008DFJQRC/
