Get yourself a diamond file and some fine grit sand paper to chamfer the ends. It doesn't take much to chamfer them. You just need to make sure the glass will not cut the internal o-ring in the fittings. I used a tape measure for the runs. Add an extra 8mm for seating depth on Bitspower fittings. For example, if you want to run a length of glass between two fittings and the length between the two fittings end to end is 50 mm, you will cut a length of glass that measures 66 mm to account for seating depth.
