I’ve used the older version of this product t for almost 4 years. It works seamlessly and can mount discreetly. Also there doesn’t seem to be a limit to the number of phones paired, as long as only one is actively connected.

I just bought an anker Soundsync - has optical in and out for RX and TX. Sending audio to it is very good, has aptx HD as well as low latency for video. I'm pleased with it so far, mines permanently rigged into my amp but it does have a battery. For £30 it's great. The only thing that's temperamental is sending audio to two pairs of headphones but I'll never use that.

Edit - this might be a bit big for headphones, it's probably like a thicker chrome cast in size but does have a battery
Edit 2- I'm half asleep, the one you linked looked like it would work. Can always order and return if the sound is 'meh'
