How about the Lenovo Yoga 720? It is below budget. It has:

  • i5-8250U 4-core processor

  • 8 GB of RAM

  • 256 GB SSD storage

  • 1080p 13.3" touchscreen display

  • Weight of 2.9lbs and battery life up to 8 hours

    The laptop runs Windows 10 Home. It has full stylus support. It is a 2-in-1 touchscreen device. It should be fine for taking notes. This laptop has bluetooth. No SD card reader, but you can just get a USB-C to SD card reader or any other kind of adapters for SD cards.

Hmmm, you're right. Looks like there aren't really any 512GB microSD cards out quite yet. I was confusing micro SD with SDXC.

Could always use a dongle I guess.
