Not sure if any ship to Poland, or if it's worth it, because the returns might not be free.
It might make more sense to buy it from a Polish store and then return it if you don't like it. Either way, I highly recommend it. It's the best MMO mouse for your hand size.

Is it any good?
I have a corsair scimitar mouse with essentially a numpad on the side of it. This one. First thing is its right handed, so if your right hand is the broken one you need to be careful to look at the handedness of each mouse. Otherwise its really useful and i can play literally the whole game one handed, while drinking coffee with the other. You have to think about how you want the buttons on the side assigned, and get used to your layout, but when you do its almost as good as two handed. Naturally its a little harder to be using two buttons at once, you have one thumb for your skills not a whole hand, but its not as much difference as i would have thought.
Edit: actually mine is the black mouse, but same difference.

The roccatr Nyth has modular buttons so he can put on only the ones he want and equip any extra finger rests and etc.

The corsair scimitar is also pretty sick
personally, i'd go roccat nyth
(NOTE, The roccat Nyth has a laser sensor, while the scimitar has an optical, both are fine for Moba but if he also plays FPS every now and then, the optical would be better as it trakcs better (due to personal experience)
