I'm in a similar situation, except I'm in my own apartment instead of a super-tiny dorm. I'm thinking a leaning wall rack might work for me as I have two bikes. You may be able to use the top set of hooks and have the space underneath for something else, perhaps?
I'm still trying to find someone who's used a rack like this to get some firsthand experience. Hopefully the thread about storing your bike will provide some insight as well!
