GoGroove Flexsmart. There's a X2 out there that's a bit cheaper.
And 92.3 seems to work in Central Austin. Flexsmart has a feature that finds an empty channel (but it doesn't tune your radio).
I just got this http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00BMYQTYE/ref=redir_mdp_mobile (sorry for mobile) its amazing. If you're using your phone you can use Bluetooth for wireless music and hands free calling using you car speakers and a mic on the device. Plus all the controls for pause/play and next are on there.
Here's the one I use:

I picked it up to replace a Motorola Bluetooth transmitter with a defective mic. It's great.
I bought one of these for my S60 and it works really well. Rarely get much interference with the audio and the hands free calling is really nice.
$30, works like a champ:

I have the FLEXSMART X3
I love it. Although I did have to buy a second one after my first was stolen out of my car. 10/10 would buy again if I have to...

I have a bunch of items listed as highest priority. It was a guitar up until I bought one for myself at guitar center. Now I need things like a stand, picks, a strap, etc.
My highest priority item is probably this toolkit which has been on my WL since I joined RAOA. I have no idea why I still haven't just gotten it for myself considering I could have many times over. We have basically no tools in our apartment, so I'm even more useless than normal when it comes to fixing things.
I REALLY need a new 360 controller. I may or may not have shattered mine a while back, and I'm currently playing with it held together by tape, and sometimes a button or two doesn't work. It's really frustrating.
I also have GT6 listed as highest, because it is honestly my favorite gaming franchise of all time, and I love every one of the GT games.
This thing is listed as highest because I would really like to listen to my own music in the car, but don't have an aux cable. I can get one, but I need a special part (because my car stereo is set up REALLY stupid), and it's $120 and comes from the UK. That item is listed as highest priority too, but it's not on amazon.
By the way, you are awesome :D :D
it's been awesome. I discovered my car's powerpoint can be keyed or always-live (the powerpoint fuse is actually a jumper - move it over pins 1-2 to make it always-live and move it over pins 2-3 in the fusebox to make it hot when the key is turned and unpowered when the key is removed) -- this means I get in the car & turn on the key and bluetooth autoconnects to my phone. Turn off the car and it disconnects. I get a call & all I have to do is switch the radio to preset 1 (set to 88.1 - the frequency that worked best for me with the X2mini) and hit 'answer'. It's almost as good as a factory-installed system. Sound is crystal-clear with no interference or static.
There's also an X3 & X3 mini now, but they went with a different, more-square formfactor ( X3: www.amazon.com/FlexSMART-Bluetooth-Transmitter-Technology-Handsfree/dp/B00BMYQTYE -- X3 Mini: www.amazon.com/FlexSMART-Bluetooth-Transmitter-Technology-Handsfree/dp/B00EPQ0U2S) and the X2 shape worked better in my car.
Been using this for over a yeah with zero issues.
Flexsmart X3
Of course if you live in a dense metro area the number of clear frequencies could be an issue. Especially with radio stations over modulating all the time.
I like these things. Bluetooth and aux-in for your stereo, works with any system no modifications, and relatively cheap. It's also a usb charger.
I've had good luck with the GOgroove FlexSMART X3 Bluetooth FM Transmitter. Well, actually, I have the X2 and will assume the X3 is even better.
I use a BlueTooth to FM transmitter. It has a USB port to plug in a lightning cable for charging. Works well.
