You need the seat post to be pushed down all the way. Hope that helps


Keep in mind there is a hook on the front wheel that must hang over the rear frame when folded. That could be the problem as well

Frankly, it seems overpriced seriously.๐Ÿค” Simple velcro straps for cables would provide the same functionality for a fraction of the price.
