and it made my life at least 83% better. The only problem I have with this particular one is how tall it is. If I could do it over again I would probably try and get one that didnt make me feel like a giant when I was sitting on it in my car.
Sounds like coccydynia.
Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen as needed for pain, assuming you have no medical conditions (e.g. kidney or liver problems) which make them unsafe to take.
You can also try buying a "Donut" cushion (pillow with a hole in the center) or a "wedge" cushions (pillow with a wedge-shaped section cut out of the back) for while you are at work. If after a week or so it is still present then see a primary care physician.

Much healthier. Sitting for long periods of time is very bad for your health.
They have cooling seat cushions that you can use. I don't know anything about that product but i use similar tech in my favorite pillow and i love it.
