Ok, Now, looking at your questions more in depth:

  1. RGB air coolers are pretty hard to find. The high end companies seem to disdain them really hard. Which basically means either custom adding an aftermarket RGB fan later, or buying an AIO, unless you want to go full custom loop.

  2. PSU, your best bet would be to grab a 750 watt from the PSU tier list's high end here, Anything over A- on that list will be fine.

  3. Storage: This is complex. You shouldn't be using a NAS drive like a Iron wolf for storing or playing games. Those are mainly more for media back up. Hell, at your price range, you should be considering all SSD unless you are storing lots of video and mp3s and flac and stuff. Modern games shouldn't be on hard drives anymore. You can get RGB SSDs like the Team Delta RGB SSD and the Team Delta Max SSD, but stay away from kingston RGB ssds, they are really bad.

  4. Case Mods: Besides the dummy ram I mentioned in my post, RGB Motherboard Adapter.

  5. You case might be compatible, but it is old as hell, and as VERY dated aesthetic. Case nowadays have a lot of quality of life features. My old case from 2013 was considered an excellent case back then, and now I think it's garbage compared to modern cases. The other detail is that Full tower designs are not at all popular, smaller cases are the trend now.

    Here are some modern cases:

The Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL Note that if you use a standard fan setup, you couldn't show off RGB SSDs, they would be hidden. This case is mainly a liquid cooling case, but does ok on air. It also has much glass some people worry about damage.

Corsair Crystal 570x maybe too small for you, and the corsair fans aren't the same and are a bit worse then you aftermarket ones. The glass thing from above applies

Cooler Master H500 mesh This is a killer case. You could use it to show off 2 RGB SSDs next to each other. The specs say it can only hand 2 ssd, and 2 HDDs, but you can buy extra SSD panels, and put them in 3 more spaces. However, this case doesn't have minimalist aesthetic that is popular right now.

There's a 8 pin version for the GPU but you need to have the mobo cable as it comes with the controller.

A lot of people are going to tell you you're crazy for getting an RGB 24 pin cable. Those people are fools.
