I just snagged this a few weeks ago, taking it to Mexico next week: https://www.amazon.com/Lowepro-ViewPoint-BP250-Multi-Purpose-Backpack/dp/B014CKVZWU/ref=sr_1_3
It is pretty fuckin awesome. Mavic fits great in the smaller bag, with two batteries and controller in there. Can also take my laptop and kindle, and random other work stuff. I now have my Mavic with me at all times!
It was quite easy.
I did some prior research into drone laws in Jamaica, and they are allowed with your basic common sense rules. I had the drone in a backpack along with batteries (in LiPo safety bags.) It went through the X-Ray machine without any issues, with no questions asked by the agents.
In Jamaica itself I had no issues flying. Keep in mind that some resorts don't allow flying from their property, but most public areas are fine.
The trip back was uneventful as well - not even a raised eyebrow from airport security as the drone went through their scanner.
I've been using one of the lowepro ones. It works well, but sometimes I wish it were bigger.
