I'm using the deck boxes (now empty) as placeholders till i get some foam to keep everything from sliding around! I have 2 of the expansions but have plenty of room to fit even more!

I use these ammo crates to store all of my ammo at home, they stack pretty well and come in a few different sizes to fit how you wanna organize it:

Then when I go to the range ammo just goes in my bag.

If you're worried about scratching your guns while moving them around, use gun socks. I store all of my guns in em to keep them from getting scratched up in the safe or while being moved around.
