You're most likely not going to have any luck finding a $20 flashlight for a 1 inch weapon mount.

I am using this rail adapter, and this light. Both relatively cheap.
The rail is fine, but I would recommend getting a better light. Maybe a [Streamlight] (http://www.amazon.com/Streamlight-69110-Mounted-Weapon-Flashlight/dp/B000JWD16E/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1323879680&sr=1-1).
Well then you're in luck because I'm cheap and the total cost was about $60. the light and sight work incredibly well for the cost.

I own this, but haven't had it long enough to comment on its durability. Can't beat the price though.

As far as I can tell, the engraving is done by laser so it's incredibly shallow. Feels smooth to the touch. Not enough depth to fill it in.
The light is an el-cheapo from Amazon - surprisingly bright and fits well. Wouldn't necessarily trust it for duty or carry but it works well enough for my purposes. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BZPJRC
