For those looking for LED style headlights but still have halogen bulbs, I use these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GD8OL62/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They're not LED quality, but they're close. Minor upgrade to your headlights, but also give you a more crisp white instead of the orange/yellowish halogen. Cheap alternative for those interested! \^_\^

If your car has incandescent headlights it likely already has halogen bulbs as they've been pretty common for the last 20 or 30 years. You might be thinking of HIDs, but they're a whole different ball of wax.

If you simply want a whiter light you can buy halogen bulbs that appear bright white. I used these in my truck. They're definitely white. They don't actually put out any more light than a standard bulb but the light temperature allows you to see what's being lit better than the yellowish headlight bulbs that came standard on a lot of cars.
