I have it - no complaints. Only watch out is the odd blade length (99 3/4"), but really isn't that big of an issue.

The price will go down to the $50-60 range periodically.
1 - that could be defective. There are 4 bolts on the front of the saw near the tracking window. Try tightening them or loosening them.
2 - The fence. I installed the rikon fence. It's a direct bolt on and you don't need to drill any holes in cast iron.
Also be aware that the fence rail needs to come off with blade changes. The rikon fence is simple - loosen 4 thumb screws.
