I'm not entirely sure about your question, to be honest. I am new to bikes. Based on some of the "questions answered" on Amazon, it sounds like it might not work for a thru axel bike, but they may sell an adapter or different mount for that.

i have something similar for my fat bike and wife's bike with my utilitrack but i haven't upgraded to locking ones yet.
