Well I bought some standard gearwrench ratcheting wrenches first. They worked well for 95% of things but sometimes they are too short...so I bought the set of extra long ones. They work great for opening nose gear doors, doing pylon work, etc. Now I'm wanting to buy this set because the ratcheting head is so much smaller than the gearwrench set. Plus they are spline so they fit everything and they work great for engine work where clearance is limited. I think that's what you're kinda asking. That list that /u/tvnighthawk linked was put together taking into consideration the most common types of tools I've seen us on the job. I know when I first started I would get shitty because I couldn't find a tool list of things that I would ACTUALLY use. I actually need to go through it and update it more.
