You have to turn off auto aim, and it works well enough on most ps4 games. That said, I've since upgraded my PC and will not likely play anymore FPS games on console... Witcher 3 (and similar style games) on console is fun for me just using the regular native controller.
Actually there is a hybrid controller and mouse combo that has been out for a while: Tuact Venom. There are also keyboard and mouse adapters too for consoles.
