Maybe grab a friend or family member and try their phone too. It's always possible your phone's USB port is just kinda fucked up too. A good way to test would be to plug it into a computer and see if your can reliably move data back and forth.

Yeh I have no lag on Dex for PC when selecting things and moving the mouse around. When playing videos I can notice a small amount of judder in the picture but otherwise fine.

Only things I can think to check are that you're running the latest version of Dex for PC and your phone has the latest updates installed.

You might also find an improvement using USB C and USB 3.0 in a 3.0 port but since the last Dex for PC update I'm happy the lag has gone.

That's what I was fearing. I have an Anker USB C cable (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DC5PPFV/ I guess it only supports 3 AMPs), but it doesn't support super-fast charging when plugged into the OnePlus adapter that came in the 6T box. I wonder if there are any Anker cables that are compatible with OnePlus fast charging.

If you're computer has a USB-C connector (it will look like the little port on the Oculus that you plug it in to charge) than you can use the cable that was included in the box for charging.

If you're computer is like mine and it only has a USB-A connector than you'll need to buy a new cable or adapter. I bought these:
