I've had this journal thing called My Grandma: Her Stories on the top of my list for a bit. My grandmother is one of the most important people to me. I love hearing the wisdom she has to impart as well as any random story from her past. She loves writing and talking, so it's the perfect gift for both of us really. I'm not that great with starting conversation, and even if I do, I know there I things I don't even know I wanted to know. There are a bunch of questions about life stuff in there that I'm sure I'd love hearing about. I'm sure I could gush about my grandma some more, but yeah. That's my tippy top item.
Somehow didn't notice that you mentioned each list. The above is my main super wants list and really the only thing that I'd want if given the option between all lists. Grandma has a special place in my heart.
My other lists though:
From my food list: A pack of Luna Bars, so that my SO has a decent snack while in class. She doesn't get much of a break and sometimes goes a good 5ish hours without anything to eat.
My music list: This is a bit strange, though I want all of the albums there, none of them are super mega wants. Oddly enough, the super mega want albums are on my high priority/default list. I guess I should change that. That being said, the albums I reallyreallyreally* want, are on Bandcamp. Artists that are lesser known and stuff. That'd either be Ott's Mir, Ne Obliviscaris or Naomi's self-titled that I've wanted for quite some time. Though, if it HAD to be on Amazon, the Blade Runner soundtrack would be AMAAAAZING!
Books list: I'm into cyberpunk, so the top of my list right now is between Afrofuturism because rarely are POC represented in sci-fi and I'd love to see who's done what and the Cyberpunk Handbook which is a bit of a parody/joke book.
Vidya games list: The highest are Way of the Samurai 3 and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed "Ultimate Sith Edition"
Finally, my other random assortment of items wishlist: Probably the H&K MK23 airsoft gun. I like H&K, and this is much safer lying around than the actual thing. I won't shoot somebodies eye out with it a la A Chris Story, I promise!
I'd recommend buying the soundtracks. I listen to them all the time while I'm writing.
SPOILERS BELOW IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE ENTIRE SERIES
Miniseries
Richard Gibbs is the primary on this one and Bear McCreary assists. The twinkling bells of Six's theme may seem repetitious at first, but the seeds of BSG's sounds can be found here.
Season One
Great stuff, without question. "Passacaglia" and "Shape of Things to Come" are truly beautiful.
Season Two
Thanks to the arrival of Pegasus and the attack on the Resurrection Ship, the action drums of this album are fantastic.
Philip Glass' "Metamorphosis One"
Thanks to Starbuck's dad, I had to buy this. A truly great piece. Without it, my Season Two sounds empty.
Razor/The Plan
Since these are both Season Two based movies, I placed the tracks here. "Apocalypse" kicks ass.
As far as watching The Plan (I'm assuming you already saw Razor), I would suggest waiting until you watch the series for a second time. Pop it in right after the scene in "Lay Down Your Burdens" wherein in Roslin passes sentence on the duplicate Cylons in the brig.
Season Three
The lead up to "Watchtower" is magnificent and I always crank the volume for the New Caprica action sequences.
Season Four
With "Watchtower" fully revealed, it gets used to great lengths. Includes the full, haunting version of Gaeta's song. Plus, "Kara Remembers" floors me every time and the full orchestral sounds of "Daybreak" are worth rattling the speakers.
Jimi Hendrix - "All Along the Watchtower"
Of course, I have to cap off the BSG experience with Hendrix's version. I mean, c'mon.
Caprica pilot
Lastly, for completeness' sake, I have this one in the playlist, too. I only hope they can release the rest of Bear's great work on this show in the future.
As for watching Caprica, I do recommend it. It starts slow, no question, but it picks up in the last six or so episodes and by the end, you'll be cursing SyFy's name (yet again) for not giving the show another season.
Now if only they'd release a Blu-ray of the series ...
Finally, not just that one soundtrack that has music only from the pilot.
Feb 28, 2017 release date. 4 CD collection. LIMITED EDITION OF 3000. $49 USD. Sounds reasonable for 4 CDs.

"In the meantime, mark your calendars for the end of the month – the Voyager collection will go up for order at LaLaLandRecords.com at that time."
I have purchased from their website before, as they are the official soundtrack producer. I highly recommend them.
------------
EDIT:
They also have DS9 4 CD set as well: (still 3000 limited edition - temporarily out of stock at the moment of this post)

Forgive me for the enthusiasm, I really like music from good cinema.
This might be corny, but I've always loved the music from the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack, especially Dawn, Stars and Butterflies, The Living Sculptures of Pemberley, Leaving Netherfield, The Secret Life of Daydreams, and Mrs Darcy. This might be too much like "traditional piano music", but I've always thought these were pretty.
I can't believe it's gotten so hard to find. I just went and checked the box set I got back around 2007 or so and they're $200 new on Amazon. I don't remember exactly, but it couldn't have been more than $30-40 back then. Wow.
As for a link, well I guess I'll pm you.
There's a Herrmann CD called "Great Film Music" that has a bunch of his sci-fi and fantasy music and it's amazing - even more than his Hitchcock scores. It's one of my favorite soundtrack recordings.
Not even the Clue movie soundtrack?
(I love that movie!)
The soundtrack of Elizabeth: The Golden Age. You can buy it from Amazon, shipped or digital.
If you have access, the official video can be found on nbcolympics.com.
Note that the Youtube comment implies that the video is the short program, but it is actually the free skate.
Contest #3: I had such a hard time choosing an album! There are many that I want to have. I eventually chose Atonemnet, it's been on my wishlist for a long time.
Happy Music Anniversary!
My absolute favorite. Not only a great movie but an incredible soundtrack, for anyone unfamiliar with it, visit this page at Amazon and scroll down to the "Listen to samples" section and listen to the first song, "C'Era una Volta il West". Just incredible.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B07DLJGY9B/ $10.97 on amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/Battlestar-Galactica-Richard-Gibbs/dp/B0001BS4SS
That is the CD I was listening to. I ripped it to my library using EAC. I tried compressing it with foobar2000 with lame3.99.5. It still sounded great but flipping back and forth between mp3 and FLAC was very noticeable. The mp3 sounds much more flat especially in the high range.
EDIT: I should add, I'm not great with describing what I'm hearing... so my description may not be technically accurate as to how they are different.

He wrote a piano score for Dracula.

I bought this CD 18 years ago and it has the cantina band music on it. It is still affordable.

I have both.
This covers the essentials
Not sure what you mean. Both of the tracks you posted are on the Ultimate Edition of the Phantom Menace soundtrack.
