I have to wholeheartedly recommend these ties made from recycled plastic. They look great and IMHO are the perfect size between skinny 2" and normal 3" ties. Granted, they aren't like "I'm a Senator" or "I work on Wall Street" level fancy ties, but they look nice and are only $15 bucks a piece.

These posts are literally the best. If I am chosen then I would love to wear this tie to the muggle ball. (I added 2 colors so feel free to pick on your own preferences)

There are so many terrible ties on Amazon I don't even know where to begin...

I thought the Men's Fish Shrimp Crab Lobster Novelty Necktie Tie was pretty bad. Then I saw this Hot Rod Flame Tie Mens Necktie by Ralph Marlin. Hot rod flames are tacky. The 'by Ralph Marlin' is even tackier. This Novelty US Army Tie With American Flag Men's Necktie almost makes me ashamed of my military heritage and upbringing it's so bad. And I hope this Big Pizza Novelty Tie looks better in person than it does online because sheesh.

If it's informal outdoor, I'd absolutely ditch the vest, bow tie, cuff links, and tux shirt, and go with classic no-placket dress shirt and a regular tie. The bright blue suit with the formal vest and bow tie are confusing, in my opinion. Groom is thin, and suit fits well, so I'd summer it up and find a fun slim tie that goes with that blue.
