Yes, the pouches came with and are well designed and very useful for documents and such. The lights are under the counter battery operated motion lights from amazon. They work great without having to run wires. You can use any, but I bought these and work great.

In reality, they are light filters to take the edge off harsh florescent lights.
Not to rain on your parade, but keeping up with the battery swap on these sucks. Terrible battery life made me look elsewhere. I finally landed on these for under cabinet lighting:
