Can you get away with polo shirts at work? Try cotton-free, since these don't show sweat as well, "wick" away moisture, and I find they keep me cooler.
I used to, and prefer to, wear button-up long sleeve collared "work" shirts to the office. But the sweat stains are stupid and unprofessional, defeating the purpose.
