I’d recommend also looking into Abus locks - I found them to be identical to Kryptonite locks in quality for price with the benefit of using higher quality steel so they can afford to have a thinner hasp when you get to the higher tier locks. The Abus 410 would probably be best for your uses.
If you want to go even cheaper you can actually find the same lock at Ikea, but without the warranty/guarantee. It also has a nicer bracket for fixing it to your bike. Imo the ikea option is the cheapest Sold Secure Silver-rated lock you can get anywhere.
