Allen wrenches, you need a set of these including an 8mm likely for the crank arms. and you'll need these to grease your headset bearings.
box wrenches to take the wheels off, though you may have quick release wheels.
tire levers, the plastic ones are fine.
You just need a friend and a little time to adjust the brakes.
taking the bottom bracket apart to grease that requires a special tool depending on the BB you have. If it's not making any noise, you haven't been riding through puddles or rivers, it hasn't sat for years then you're probably fine.
