You wouldn't need a bit that would remove all the material, necessarily. You could use an edge guide and a straight-cutting bit to remove the center of the material. Then you could use a template for the full width and a round-nose router bit to do the edges of the cove. I can't find a link to the profile I'm thinking of to clean up the sides, but they're out there. I don't know how big that cove is, but this router bit might do it?
You can also look up setting up your table saw to cut a cove, but I suspect that wouldn't give you the results you want, as the stock is smaller and the cove is stopped and relatively deep compared to the width of the stock.
