You can get amazing new lights for much cheaper than LED
Keeps the classic look, plugs right in. I highly recommend these housings and these Hella H4 55/60w bulbs (make sure you get this wattage so you don’t melt the harness). My JK required a harness adapter, your TJ will not.
JK lights are slightly better than TJ lights stock for stock. These BLEW AWAY the stock lights on my JK. Great beam pattern, doesn’t blind anyone, and the Hella bulbs are extremely bright. The high beams are extremely focused and throw light farther than I can even see. My fog lights now make zero difference when these are on.

You should be in this project for less than 90 bucks. Mine cost 200 all in all (harness adapters for the JK) and I still firmly believe it was worth it. The housings are sold as single units, same as the bulbs, so you will need to buy 2 of each.
I am not a fan of LED headlights by any means. Most people do not know how to aim them correctly, thus blinding everyone they come across.

The guy's name is Daniel Stern and he is THE guru on lights. He gives an extremely detailed how-to on aiming LED lights. He also gives tutorials on how to correctly aim normal bulb headlights. They are extremely detailed, but rest assured, he will give the best advice
Alternatively, you can go the route I took and purchase Cibie (pronounced cee-BEE-ay). It is a brand made in France or Belgium, I believe and are european code lights. I have run them in my RX-7s, Miatas, and other cars to which I have received no complaints from cops or anyone else. They give an amazing light pattern, and give plenty of light (feathering) on the sides of the road which really come in handy when deer and the like are out.
