Why not?
My last house had low airflow, and thus poor performance. HVAC ran 24x7 and never cooled the house (or warmed it) enough. I took off the air handler side cabinet and used a 24" air comb (amazon) and blew out the A-coils. An unbelievable amount of crap came off. The airflow at the vents went from being felt at a 12" distance .... to the ceiling.
Absolutely amazing difference and it only cost $30.
