I EDC a Kimura and it's great. Cuts things with ease and is fun to flip when bored. If you are looking into flipping, I'd recommend getting a trainer first as balisongs will cut you up good. As far as trainers go, I've got a Squid Industries Squiddy and a cheap metal trainer off amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R7RQ6SN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which flips well and has taken a beating. I'm thinking of getting a Boker trainer soon aswell, but I'd recommend the cheap one off amazon to get a feel for flipping and see if you like it, and if you do decide to get a live blade, I think the Kimura is a great option and it's on sale on KnifeCetner (https://www.knifecenter.com/item/BRADBCC901/bradley-kimura-bcc901-balisong-butterfly-knife-bead-blast-spear-point-blade-od-green-g10-handle-scales)
