Has a pocket that holds my helmet and shoes. The middle area fits two towels (1 for changing, 1 for cleaning) and a set of clothes. The other side I use for all my side gear like arm/knee warmers, spare gloves/socks, sunscreen/bug spray, medicine, etc. Only thing that I don't like is because of the cube shape it's not the most ergonomic to carry around (either by the handles or using a shoulder strap that wasn't included) when it's fully loaded.
