This. I picked up this Orca Tactical MOLLE bag that goes in the storage compartment under the rear seat of my truck with a pretty stocked first aid kit and I just attach that to my rifle case when I go shooting. It's red with a huge cross on it so it's conspicuous for anyone who would need it.
I think you're going to have to go to something like this. You might find something a little smaller if you search around, but if you go much smaller you may not be able to fit the OLAES.
I've had people talk to me (while I was flying) about their discomfort with and suspicion of drones, but it was always in kind of broad terms, not that they specifically objected to what I was doing at the time (and they usually came away with a greater appreciation for them).
