if you already have a receiver hitch go that route. you'll spend $200-400 for one but that's the sturdiest option and your jeep already has the hardware. i say go that route over the roof mount because it's way easier to load and you won't have any garage door or drive-thru mishaps if you forget they're up there. (it happens more than you think.)
i've had great experiences with the saris bones type racks, keeps everything spaced nicely and won't break the bank.
