Since I only paid $599 for the gun, I wanted to stay on budget so I got this from amazon on sale for $20

(I would normally go for the much more expensive GG&G, but can't justify it for this toy)

Here it is.

I wouldn't buy it again. It's a pain to get on and off, but it is also cheap so it works.

I got this bipod. It's just a cheap chinese one but it holds on fine and creates a good platform to shoot from without being close to breaking the bank. As far as match ammo, I've never used any myself and only shot cheap plinking ammo from my own Savage so far. Eley and CCI would probably be the most consistent from what I've heard. I was grouping around 2inches with the cheap stuff at 100 yesterday but I also had a lot of trouble seeing my target because of my crosshairs and the ammo wasn't helping much either. Hope that helps. Another thing to keep in mind is that .22lr loses velocity very fast and that as it goes transonic you'll lose a lot of accuracy at 100+ yards so it would likely help to use subsonic if you'll try to shoot for groups at a 100

Also, here's the exact bipod he bought for the rifle. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H8SCFIG/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_Q8HSybJXQ779R
