(Part 2) Reddit mentions: The best seaweed snacks

• white, brown and multigrain rice (when i have no time during the week i will just make some fresh rice with some vegetables or kimchi, fast and delicous meal after work)

• whole barley ( https://www.instagram.com/p/BtQjFcXgrw4/ ) .. its very yummi and healthy substitute to rice
  
• and then i always buy a tea.. during winter i like to drink yuzu tea ( i buy this one: https://www.nanuko.de/WebRoot/Store20/Shops/79558993/59CE/891E/D2FE/C0F6/AA8A/0A0C/6D04/41EB/Allgroo-Yuzu-Tea-400g_ml.jpg.. they also have aloe vera and ginger version of that.. you can also put it on bread if you like but i make tea with that)

If you like salty you should try roasted seaweed. I'm kinda obsessed with it. If no stores carry it near you here's a link.

Seaweed snacks? There's about 80 calories in one of these jars and I challenge you to eat the entire jar in one sitting. Helps to have something to munch on and shouldn't screw with your diet or training.

If you ever get tired of regular seaweed, I stumbled upon a flavoured seaweed alternative at an Asian grocer. There are several other flavours--my fav is tom yum!

These seaweed snacks are incredible and they come in a variety of flavours. Check 7-11 to see if they have them. If not, you can order online.

If you dont mind the seaweed flavor, I use these for egg salad/chicken/tuna salad wraps, and sometimes as burritos.They sell them at most whole foods, kroger stores, etc.
