Does it have to be an actual alarm clock? If not, you can do something like this siren with a z-wave controller (like a Vera or Wink). This one in particular is probably too loud, but you might be able to find one that will fit your needs.

If you’ve got like $10-15, I can personally recommend one of the personal alarms on Amazon. I got a Sabre alarm that also has an LED light on it. They make alarms like this anywhere from 110-140db, obviously the louder it is, the further you can hear it.

I just plugged the power supply into an iDevices switch to turn the horn off and on. I have a Homekit trigger that monitors the Elgato Door and Window sensors on my doors, and triggers alarm if the doors are open during specific times of the day.

I don't think any smoke detectors will let you wirelessly set off the alarm. It's possible to trigger a wired smoke alarm to go off by sending the appropriate signal.
