>Make Up Kit. (Have no clue though so will search online and decide on one.)

Does she wear makeup regularly? Well good makeup is really expensive and hard to find, especially with foundations and concealers because they need to match the skintone of the person perfectly. If you look up a makeup kit online and it doesnt match her - big fail. You can put together an eyeshadow pallete, a nice set of brushes, kajal, eyeliner and some lipstick (nudes, reds, pinks), some nailpolish. You can find this on the Nykaa App or Purplle.com. If there is a new-u store in town, they have a good collection of drugstore brands.

>Perfume: She wears one daily but a rather cheap one.

Good perfume is a good idea. Nykaa has a very good luxe fragrance selection with many reviews, so do check that out. I love the Body Shop Cherry Blossom EDT and Tenderly by Oriflame.

>So thinking of gifting her a coupon or voucher to a nice hair salon in the city.

Great idea. A good hair salon, a spa anything will be awesome.

My other recommendations will be

  • a handbag, esp if she is working. I love me a good bag. Sling bag, wallet, cute little purse, trendy backpack -
    anything.

  • You can also venture into jewelry if you want (Earrings, a statement necklace etc)

  • Since you talked about makeup, how about high end skin care and bath products? Forest Essentials,Kama Ayurveda, the Body Shop etc. are luxurious skin care/hair care/beauty brands, she will love them. If she works long hours, this will be perfect for her to pamper herself. For example, check [these gift boxes] (https://www.nykaa.com/forest-essentials-facial-essentials-gift-set.html) out. Usually they have a body wash, a body mist, shampoo, lotion, body scrub etc. with exotic ingredients.

  • A small succulent plant is a cute idea. She can keep it in her room or on her desk.

Edit : Oh, and happy birthday to her!

You can get Moon Sparkle on Fragrancenet right now if you want it: https://www.fragrancenet.com/cologne/escada/escada-moon-sparkle/edt

If you're looking for something different but similar, check out Kanabeach Femme, awesome fragrance that you can get for under $20 on Amazon. I'm wearing it right now and it smells pretty awesome, still fun and fruity like an Escada but less synthetic/BBW vibe - and I get 8 hours of good performance from it. Notes are bergamot, strawberry, tangerine, jasmine, frangipani, sandalwood, amber and vanilla. If she likes Moon Sparkle, it's worth trying, $20 for 100mL.

Apparently you aren't the only one looking for discontinued MK&A fragrances! So Two isn't listed on Fragrantica but one is. One is a combo of pear and freesia. According to this perfume listing on Amazon, Two is a combination of peach and freesia, so there's a single note difference. So you could start by searching for One.

This Jo Malone fragrance is English pear + freesia, just like One.

This Love2Love EDT has rose and peach in it. There's also a variety in purple packaging that has freesia in it, but that one seems to be more woody-spicy-floral than the fruity floral you're looking for. The Love2love perfumes are found in drugstores and big box stores like Kmart/Walmart.

This perfume by Callio fragrance seems like a good bet. It's got cantaloupe, freesia, and peach.

This perfume is a flanker to the Halloween line by Jesus de Pozo and has freesia, peach, and pear along with other notes. The Halloween fragrances are sometimes found at TJMaxx and the like, but if you're looking for a specific flanker like this, ebay might be easier.

The Demeter line does single note fragrances, including a peach and a freesia. You could try buying one of each and using them together to see if it comes close.

The unfortunate thing is that when companies list notes, they don't always give the full notes profile (so there might be an underlying spiciness that isn't listed, for example), and perfumes are made from synthetics so what smells like peach to one person could smell like oranges or feet to someone else.

Tsar -- Van Cleef & Arpels' finest...maybe.

https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Van-Cleef-Arpels/Tsar-1098.html

A rich, complex fougere that is equally at home in the depths of winter and the height of summer.

Maker claims close to 30 fragrance note elements, and I can't disagree. Floral and citrus top notes, along with weird ass wormwood (artemisia) though more subtly blended here than in say Yatagan.

Quickly moves into a spicy set of heart notes, and a leathery, woodsy base with plenty of oakmoss notes.

Scent lasts forever (10 hrs easily on me) and projects moderately. A pleasant intricately structured scent, not as punch in the head oriented as earlier 80s stuff (comes from 1989) but yet potent enough to be fun.

Best things about it - the all seasonal appropriateness... and the price! Less than $25 for 100 ml on Amazon:

Good idea about cologne. I'm a bit obsessed.

Some options to think about:

  • Thierry Mugler Cologne – a very clean, no-nonsense, citrusy, traditional eau de cologne scent (with a sci-fi twist) suitable for daily use in an office or school or anywhere else

  • Terre d'Hermès – a clean, woodsy, earthy, orangey scent; also okay for daily use but also if you're going out somewhere special

  • Eau d'Hadrien – a very traditional, clean, citrusy eau de cologne that is perfect for guys who don't like cologne. Downside is that it doesn't last very long.

  • L'eau d'Issey – ambery woodsy with some exotic ingredients

I absolutely do this! I have an obsession with fragrances :D

When I'm wearing earth tones or something equally hippie-ish, I wear Burberry for Women or Bath and Body Works Sensual Amber

When I'm wearing something super feminine and/or pink, I wear Victoria's secret Pink or Bath and Body Works Rain Kissed Leaves

When I'm wearing something sexy or going out on the weekend I wear Victoria's Secret Bombshell. This is currently my favorite fragrance!

When I'm wearing something badass (think leather/boots/etc.) I wear Flirt! Rock n Rebel. This is currently my second favorite fragrance

At work I wear Cool Water by Davidoff

On a date I usually wear Fantasy by Britney Spears

On days I'm feeling very refreshed and polished I wear Curious by Britney Spears

u/bossyfosy · 3 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

This smells exactly like roses. It's a bit heavy, so I only wear it in the winter, but I get compliments that I smell wonderful all the time when I wear this. It also has a tendency to linger in your clothing, so my sweaters, scarves, and jeans all smell really nice too.

u/Carlyweena · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

This necklace the cheapest thing on my wishlist and even has free shipping.

This perfume would make me happier than anything right now!

Thanks for the contest sweetie!

"Mascolino" By Designer Impostors. Smell like "Acqua Di Gio" but doesn't have the big price tag. This is my go-to. Really nice smell, not to strong and I get compliments on this a lot.

Here is a link on Amazon for it but I highly recommend looking for it on Ebay. It's cheaper there.

best - my aunt on my dad's side had crocheted a very large and durable diaper bag that was purple and lime green. I loved it! to test it's durability, I was able to put about 5 large juicy juice jugs in it and still fit some diapers and wipes....so yeah :P

yummy

make me a cake

Danke!

Love this giveaway... I'm always looking to expand my under $5 wishlist too! Also, I want that liner in the worst way... lol. Thanks for hosting! Here's my contribution:

1- Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Vial Sample

2- Set of 12 Glitter Mineral Eyeshadow- don't they look fun??

3- Tease Brush because I just need a new one. This isn't really makeup related though, so let me know if it doesn't qualify :D.

Sweet/sugary possibly gourmand perfumes?
And if anyone knows anything that smells similar to the harajuku lovers sunshine cuties lil angel? this one

u/bambooclad · 7 pointsr/wicked_edge

Good luck Mr. Fine. I wonder if folks would rather use EDTs from well established houses as an aftershave at that price.

Cool Water by Davidoff 125ml EDT - $25.31

Drakkar by Guy Laroche 100ml EDT - $22.49

u/letgoonanadventure · 3 pointsr/Indiemakeupandmore

Red by Giorgio Beverly Hills is exactly what I think "old lady" smells like.

Copied description from Amazon: Top notes of Orange Flower, Ylang Ylang, Osmanthus & Cherry; heart of Bulgarian Rose, Rose de Mai, Carnation, Gardenia & Jasmine; finish of Amber, Patchouli, Cedarwood & Vanilla

edit: BH not Armani

u/Live-On-Pool · 2 pointsr/malefashionadvice

Here are some of my favorites. They are not that expensive and smells amazing.

u/teehee_23 · 1 pointr/wicked_edge

Here. SDM is based on Creed's GIT, but that's $150-200 a bottle. Cool Water is noted to smell very similar to GIT, as referenced by the "smells like" section of its Fragrantica page

Mary Kay sells a honeysuckle perfume. Or did. Looks like you can find it on Amazon.

My mom sells it so I just get all that brand's stuff for free, but I really liked it! They just discontinue a lot of things, or have limited edition things.

u/vanityclaire · 2 pointsr/Indiemakeupandmore

Eh, it's a little from column A and a little from column B. For one thing, there is no such beast as a "natural" Lily of the Valley extraction or absolute (in fact, I don't believe there has ever been such a thing that I'm aware of), and I don't believe I've ever run across a "natural" Star/Confederate Jasmine extraction, either. So, a lot of the times these are included in a fragrance the accord will be largely open to the interpretation of the perfumer as both of these would need to be built "from scratch," so to speak.

There is also, of course, the fact that notes ≠ ingredients, so what a perfumer may call "Jasmine" or "Star Jasmine" or "Lily" or "Lily of the Valley" in a fragrance may be any number of natural components, accords, etc that may each include tens or even hundreds of trace components. As an example from my own lab, this photo I shared recently includes "ingredients" for one note (and this particular one happened to be a Jasmine, actually).

As an aside, if you're looking for a good Lily of the Valley I might suggest this one (although not indie). It's also available as a lotion and bath gel I think.

u/maczac · 2 pointsr/AskWomen

My girlfriend uses Daisy By Marc Jacobs and I love the smell.

u/broken_ship · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

I smell fresh as a daisy!

/u/eatingdust smells like beer and cheese, cuz... Wisconsin. ;)

May the odds be ever in y- NO!

u/alphamini · 1 pointr/fragrance

Strange. Most of the reviews I just saw don't specify that they bought the bottle shipped and sold from Amazon. When I view this page all the sizes besides the one that says "6.7 Fluid Ounce" are sold by third parties and fulfilled by Amazon, which I wouldn't necessarily trust.

Cool Water may be an exception, but I can vouch for their stock of Tom Ford Noir (EDT), Hanae Mori HiM, Givenchy Pi, Mont Blanc Individuel, 4711, Terre d'Hermes, and La Nuit De L'Homme all being authentic.

u/curious_umbrella · 3 pointsr/AsianBeauty

This tea rose perfume is the only scent I've ever worn - but I've been wearing it for the last 22 years! (Not AB, naturally.)

u/username_lookup_fail · 7 pointsr/OSHA

That stuff is too expensive to waste on a burn.
