what you're looking for is a hard surface reducer.

Here’s what I bought. Unfortunately, I could only find it in a bulk of 5.

Amazon Flex Molding 3/4"

Just a link in case you're interested. I know its overwhelming and extremely tiring. I'm a contractor, but I've decided to gut and redo my bathroom by myself and it's killing me.

they sell flexible moulding...

I suspect it would work no problem for the 45 degree corner. the 90 degree... well... that listing say 6" minimum radius, maybe you can find a better brand, but you can try either way. You could also cut a chunk of wood for the corner and sand the profile yourself.

And yes... I want to find the original owners of my house and punch them in the face because they installed tile and wood without removing and replacing the baseboards so I have <2" of exposed molding. Looks stupid. Im slowly tearing it out and doing it right, but its such a waste of time when it would have been trivial to do right to begin with.
