What I think you want is a Tool Balancer. You can get them in several tensions but these are made for blanching weight in commercial garages or with industrial tools. I am looking at this one:

I've never had good luck with the prestaflater (presta --> air compressor adapter) for tubeless setup. I find that the valve core restricts airflow too much and you don't get the bead to pop on as easily as it should. I usually take the valve core out and use the squishy rubber blower tip that came with my compressor and push it tight against the opening of the valve and blow. Once you get the beads to seat, you do a very quick switcheroo with the compressor tip and the valve core.
