All I can find online is 10,000mcg and I'm like ??? you don't need that much you (as it turns out) only need 2500 mcg

I use these pills, which have been very effective. I previously tried Nature Made, which didn’t do anything for me. Although I didn’t know they made shampoo, I’ll have to try it.

I use either NOW brands or the VitaCost brands for many of my supplements. NOW brand tends to be very good for me, overall.

I honestly have never tried this. Can't give an opinion

I take these, they're strawberry-flavored gummies and I've had no issues. I can't say for certain if they're doing anything amazing, but they're tasty and I figure they can't hurt.

I took 1 of these per day. The % Daily Value was 3,333%

Ah, so you don't have Trader Joe's. This is the one I have, it's 5000 mcg dosage. Obviously any brand will work.

I'm also very careful with my shampoo and conditioner when I'm growing my hair out; no sulfates. Sometimes I even do the baking soda scrub and vinegar rinse method.

I’m on mobile so hopefully that link works for you.

"Nature's Bounty" is the brand.

Here is is on Amazon, but it's cheaper in the store. You can buy them pretty much at any drug store, or target or CVS. Not sure about grocery stores, but most likely!

This stuff has seriously changed my life. I have also noticed now that my hair can go for longer without being washed and it is getting much thicker. I can't tell too much about my skin/nails but my hair is usually the problem, so that's the most noticeable!

I use this one. Life Extension Biotin 600 mcg, 100 Capsules https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005XK9MUQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_dO40CbQG2P15R basically keep the amount low. I've broken out with the high dose. I'm fine with the lower amount.

I'm taking this supplement called Vitalfan, by Rene Furterer because while fin worked in the hair department, it more or less nuked my libido. In fact, my prostate shrunk so much, I was going to the bathroom way more often than I used to. It's overpriced, and it might be snake oil, but I'm using it to wean myself off the fin. I was taking 1mg of finasteride a day for a year, I cut my dose in half, and it worked for a couple weeks, and then the sides came back.

My armchair theory was that my diffuse thinning was mostly aggravated by consistent, undue stress in my life (thanks to a pesky little fucker called GAD) right before one big event... that I won't get into here. Point being, it's clear that 1mg of fin, while effective, was total overkill in its blockage of DHT, so a weaker one might be the answer for me.

Only one way to find out. And I've never used Minoxidil, so maybe that's my last resort.
