What a practical contest!
I think one of the pairs of scrubs would be the most helpful to me. I work as a veterinary technician in the surgery room at our animal hospital, and I'm always in need of a clean new pair of scrubs. Various bodily fluids.... I won't go into it. It gets nasty in there. But I love my job :-)
My favorite color today is BLUE! I think my favorite color changes every day. I'm feeling a happy shade of blue today.

Hey! I'm in the same boat. I've been a barista/bartender for 4 years. Most of the places I worked at didnt care too much about footwear, but my new job specifically requires nonslip.
I like the SafeTStep brand from Payless. I had a pair of their black converse style shoes years ago, and they have a cushy insole and are indeed nonslip. They lasted me a little over a year, which isnt too bad for the price I think.
I found these and these that look promising. I've heard good things about danskos, both the clogs and the flats. The flats actually are pretty cute, but they're also about 120-150.
Dickies You-tulity Gen-Flex (dumb name, awesome scrubs) are the best scrubs, imo. Flexible, breathable, wear well, tons of pockets. They're not stiff and heavy like normal dickies. Check em out. Tops and bottoms, mens and womens fits, tons of colors. My favorite part is that they are breathable even on days I am running all over campus.

I like this coat from amazon. This is the ladies version, but there is a mens too. I love that the pockets are big enough to fit a white coat clipboard, so I'm sure they'd also fit an ipad mini. It's also a pretty lightweight coat, and has a bunch of inside pockets too.
I'm a few inches taller than you and I have these in medium petite. They fit perfectly and that huge pocket works for my stethoscope. Then I use a shirt like this for everything else I need. I fit an astounding amount of items on my person at any given time and I have yet to lose something. I keep everything I'll need for clinicals/lab in a bag like this when I'm not using it. I throw the bag in my backpack the night before so I don't forget it and I load up my pockets when I get to the hospital.

Let's take a look at shoe prices. I'll take the top hit in each category, and use the default By Relevance sort. I prevent Amazon from keeping any state, so aside from geo-locating my IP (which would likely drive up pricing, not down), so any purchase history should not bias price.
You can draw brackets where you want, but unless you're simply defining what most people wear to be low-end and hence not "normal", I don't think that $90-$120 provides a very good picture.
I wore stretchy skirts with forgiving waistbands and professional shirts but untucked. Dresses are good too, unless they're too fitted in the abdominal area. Go for flowy tops and some workpants that have some give. I like these:

They are really comfortable. Maybe a little thin (not in looks but in feel) but have been fine in a fairly cold Seattle winter. For me they run pretty true to size, a bit big in the bump area but not enough to fall or roll down. And so comfy!
I prefer dickies too, and they’re cheap! I’m 5’2, 125 pounds, small chested, and wear size xs for the top, but a size small for the bottoms because I notice they do shrink a little in the laundry.

My Dickies are currently my favorites, but they only have seven pockets. I'm almost dizzy from imagining what great things I could accomplish with three more pockets.
I bought Cherokee maternity pants from Amazon in black, then got tops from Walmart. They aren't specifically maternity tops, but they have stretchy side panels. The tops come in different colors, but the side panels are all black, so they all go with black pants and I didn't have to buy very many sets. I hate spending a lot of money on maternity clothes..
I'm on mobile now but can provide links later if you'd like. I wore medium before getting pregnant, and got medium in both. Bottoms have some room to grow into, tops are fitting fine at 27 weeks and still have a lot of "give" in the stretchy part. The other consideration for me is I'm 5'1", so the Cherokee pants come in petite sizes.

my local army/navy store. You can find them online pretty easy and they are cheap. I think mine was $20 or so. here are some on amazon. I am really fond of this jacket, been thinking of snagging another one to stash away for the future in case something happens to this one.
I copped mine on Houston Street (and over paid) they are on Amazon but they are a bit expensive like 22. I just don't fold over the top part and the pants stay really high and comfortable. They also work well as maternity pants.
Bought a German Bundeswehr surplus flecktarn parka. $30, brand new, made in Germany and will make a great jacket for outdoor activities if it ever drops below 90 degrees again.
I'm 6'0, bought a medium from amazon here, will post fit later/tomorrow if you remind me. It goes down to my knees which is too big imo
